Teton Centennial Trail & Pathway The Community Foundation of Teton Valley was pleased to award the City of Victor with a $2,500 Grant Award during this year’s 2017 Fall Competitive Grant cycle. The city was awarded two Federal Lands Access Program (FLAP) grants to construct a paved pathway from Moose Creek to State Line, including a bridge, parking lot upgrades, and a Hwy 33 underpass tunnel to the Mike Harris area.
