Part of the Tin Cup Challenger Fund goes directly to support the Youth Philanthropy Program at Teton High School. Now in its 10th year, this fall’s participating seniors have 16 grant applications to weigh over the course of two class periods, with a total ask of nearly $14,000. With the additional generosity of Challenger Richard Grundler, this year students have a total of $7,000 to award.
This program illustrates real-world philanthropy on a local level while shedding light on Teton Valley’s nonprofit landscape and current community needs. Your support provides graduating seniors with insight into the many benefits philanthropy has to offer as they become emerging community leaders themselves.
Students are currently discussing grant applications and looking forward to an Awards Ceremony scheduled for the end of the month at Teton High School. Thank you for supporting this program!
