
Each year, the Education Foundation of Teton Valley supports our teachers and our students by raising money to purchase basic needs not included in the district budget or fund innovative new programs that take learning beyond the classroom. In order to do this, we depend upon donations through the Tin Cup Challenge to sustain our work. Without these funds, we literally would not exist. It’s that simple.

With your support for the Education Foundation during Tin Cup, the rest of the year we can focus on raising money to fund innovative programs in our seven schools and support our hard-working educators who choose to forgo higher wages in Wyoming and live in this wonderful valley!
We are asking you to invest in our work by supporting the Education Foundation of Teton Valley.
Here’s what your donations were able to accomplish during the 2018-19 school year:
1,888 students impacted through the $15,492 distributed in classroom grants.
801 students were tested for hearing and vision impairments. 41 were referred for hearing issues and 141 were referred for further vision testing.
700 students in K-4th grades learned basic conversational Spanish.
879 students were able to take art classes through the ArtReach program.
133 fifth grade students were able participate in a week-long trip to Yellowstone or Teton Science School for hands-on science lessons.
56 students in need received backpacks prior to the start of school.
40 girls participated in the GAP! Middle School summer workshop and year-long afterschool program.
36 high school students participated in the robotics program.
12 families participated in the Abriendo Puertas (Opening Doors) program that helps parents understand the importance of becoming their children’s first educator.
4 students received free exams and free eyeglasses through our critical needs funds.
3 tutors were funded to lead over 300 high school math tutoring sessions.
