The Community Foundation of Teton Valley is excited to expand our dedicated team to include Suzanne Rees as our year-round Development and Operations Manager in the new year. This position will bolster capacity, enhance stewardship, and elevate impact for the communities and nonprofits the Foundation serves.
After almost three years as Old Bill’s and Special Projects Coordinator for the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole, Suzanne is excited to transfer her expertise and experience to the community where she lives. Suzanne says, “Living in Teton Valley has enhanced my life in many ways, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to pay it forward to our community in this capacity.”
With a commitment to drive positive change and amplify impact, Suzanne brings well-honed skills in relationship and event management, fundraising, communication, and research and development to this position. Suzanne prides herself in creating meaningful and memorable experiences over shared interests. Before joining the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole, she worked as Grand Targhee Resort’s Operations and Events Manager and as a Nonprofit Executive in Austin, TX. She graduated with a B.A. in Mass Communications from the University of Louisiana. Suzanne serves on the Teton County Joint Housing Authority board and is a spirited volunteer for Festival International de Louisiane. Additionally, she enjoys sharing time with her husband, sons, and rescue pups while biking, skiing, backpacking, traveling, and cooking for family & friends.
