Hailing from Anoka, Minnesota – Halloween Capital of the World – LeAnn, along with her husband and high school sweetheart, Tom, first found Teton Valley in 1980 while traveling to Jackson Hole for LeAnn’s job with Mountain Bell, a telecommunications company. For LeAnn and Tom, it was love at first sight and they promptly bought land along the Teton River, setting down roots and making Teton Valley their permanent home in 2004.
LeAnn holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Minnesota, an M.B.A. from the University of Wyoming, and she attended the Stanford Executive Program. Recently, she retired as a Senior Vice-President for Comcast, running cable operations in the Midwest and east coast, including leading a team of 6,000 employees through Hurricane Sandy recovery. Though she has lived and worked in some of the largest cities in the United States, Teton Valley remains her happy place and serves as a constant reminder of what is really important in life.
“I grew up with humble beginnings but learned from my parents that you always shared because there was someone who needed more. I can’t imagine a life without service as a key part of it.”
