Marie grew up on a ranch in northern California but spent much of her career working with clients in the San Francisco Bay Area, the Pacific Northwest, and East Coast. She retired in 2023 after more than 20 years directing her human resources consulting practice. As an entrepreneur and an HR professional her goals centered on helping businesses succeed. In addition to her primary job functions, Marie has been recognized for her competent, tenacious nature and for her extraordinary commitment to getting things done.
Marie is currently on the HOA Master Board of Teton Springs, is a CASA volunteer, and is committed to promoting our valley through philanthropy. She believes board members serve at the pleasure of the constituents they represent. She welcomes the opportunity to contribute to the Community Foundation of Teton Valley to give back to this community that she and her family so enjoy!
Marie, her husband Richard, and their dog Rex relocated to Teton Valley from Park City, Utah, five years ago to live in Victor. They have a blended family and are proud parents of five grown sons. Marie & Richard moved here to begin their lives as retirees, are active members of the Teton Springs community, and love living in this valley. When Marie isn’t busy gardening or cooking for friends and family, you can find her enjoying the outdoors, hiking with her dog, fishing, and traveling with her husband.
