Conference Room Policies:
Reservations: Organizations may not have any more than three conference room reservations at any one time.
Orientation: An organization must have a representative go through an office/conference room orientation prior to the organization using the conference room for the first time.
Responsibility: An organization must leave the conference room in the same condition that it was found. More specifically: no trash, recycling, dirty dishes, or food/beverage may be left behind. Please sweep and vacuum as needed and return all furniture and equipment to its original location.
If an organization fails to return the conference room to its original condition, they will be asked to return and complete the job. If an organization fails to return to complete the cleaning, they will no longer be allowed to reserve the conference room.
*Cleaning spray and paper towels will be supplied. Please wipe off the conference table, chairs, and kitchen counter.
*It is suggested that you open the door to allow for better air circulation.
Office Supplies: Organizations are responsible for providing their own office supplies, including, but not limited to flip chart paper, markers, paper, pens, etc. Some markers and pens will be available, if necessary.
Copies/Printing: Please make copies of documents for your meeting in advance. Copying and printing services for your meeting are not available at the Community Foundation office.
Food/Beverage: Renting organizations are responsible for providing their own food and beverages. Leftovers must be removed from the Foundation office after the meeting. A refrigerator is available for use during your meeting. It is small with limited space.
Dishes/Cups/Silverware: You are welcome to use Foundation food service items, but you are required to clean them and put them away after use.
