   Cultivates inclusivity (acceptance of all beliefs, culture, creed, race and identity)
2. Advocates for mindful nonviolent communication
   Has volunteered with PSL in the past.
   Has the time to carve out PSL in their calendars (Board Meetings – renamed “Love Meetings”) every other month.
   – Clear communication if you need to step back from responsibility.
3. If located in Jackson Hole/Teton Valley area, always looking for Board Member participation at events/gatherings from time to time.
4. Comfortable with making a donation (completely up to the individual) to PSL once a year.
5. Bring yourself to the table with your strengths. Only doing what you feel comfortable with but willing to learn new things and challenge yourself.
6. Take care of your mental health, you are most important.
