Family Safety Network’s mission is advocating healthy relationships while empowering survivors of domestic and sexual violence. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team as a Bilingual / Bicultural Victim Advocate.
In this role, you will play a crucial role providing support to survivors of domestic and sexual violence through crisis intervention, safety planning, and case management. You will also collaborate with community partners to enhance services and make appropriate referrals. Maintaining accurate and confidential client records is essential, as is participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial to effectively support survivors from diverse backgrounds.
