Resilience – What do we continue to do? What do we create? What do we shed? (Part 2)

October 13, 2021 @ 9:00 am 12:30 pm

Rose Hendricks
Kat Smithhammer

Resilience is a way of being that allows us to move through adversity with clarity, courage, and intention. The dispositions of resilience help us learn from adversity so that we can fulfill our purposes in life, and thrive on the personal, professional, and organizational levels. The COVID-19 pandemic presented us with unprecedented challenges. It has also provided a unique opportunity to reflect on the habits and systems that serve us as individuals and organizations, and those that do not. The series of workshops on personal and organizational resilience will provide time and structure to reflect on our learning from the pandemic, and specifically habits and systems that we want to keep, create, and shed, based on our learning. Through this series of workshops, we will cultivate the tools and dispositions of resilience in order to thrive through adversity and opportunity on an individual and organizational level.
