Implementing Your Strategic Plan

Rescheduled from the fall, when many were forming or refining their strategic plans. We’ll move from theory to practice – ensuring your strategic plan becomes real by ensuring it drives your board agendas, committee work, and employee performance standards. We’ll work through how to take all of the energy, great ideas, and passion from the strategic planning sessions and move into actually achieving your strategic plan or framework goals.

Now, it’s time for the rubber to hit the road – moving from creating the plan to activation!  Whether you’ve just approved your 2021 plan or are dusting off a plan that’s collected dust during 2020, this session is for you.
