Communicating What’s Next: Setting the Course with Key Stakeholders

In uncertain times, it’s critical for nonprofit leaders to be able to clearly articulate their vision and strategy. A team of coaches from WPNT Communications will work with area leaders in small breakout groups to craft messages and practice delivering them through recorded exercises. Materials distributed before the workshop will help leaders frame their messages and arrive prepared to get the most out of the session.
