Pro Shop Attendant – Kotler Ice Arena
Seasonal, Hourly Position

The Kotler Ice Arena, operated by the Teton Valley Foundation, is seeking a Pro Shop Attendant to join our seasonal team. This is a customer-facing position that plays an important role in creating a welcoming, safe, and fun environment for all rink users.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in skaters, families, and visitors with excellent customer service.

Assist customers in the Pro Shop with skate rentals, sharpening, and purchases.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility, including the Pro Shop, lobby, and rink area.

Learn and assist with rink operations, including the opportunity to train on the Zamboni.

Support other rink staff to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.

CPR and First Aid certification required (training provided by Teton Valley Foundation if not already certified).

Positive “can-do” attitude and a strong team player.

Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn new skills.

Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Details:

This is a seasonal, hourly position during the ice arena season.

Flexible schedules, evening and weekend shifts required.

Training provided.
