Conference Room Policies
Reservations: Conference Room must be reserved 24 hours in advance. Please contact Suzanne Rees at [email protected] or call 208-354-0230 if your meeting is after hours (M–F, 8:30am–4:30pm).
- Group Size: Meeting group size is limited to 22 persons.
- Reservations: For Nonprofit Use Only. Organizations may not have more than three active reservations at one time.
- Orientation: A representative must complete a conference room orientation before first-time use.
- Responsibility:
- Room must be left in original condition — no trash, recycling, dirty dishes, or food/beverages left behind.
- Please sweep and vacuum as needed, and return all furniture/equipment to original locations.
- Failure to clean properly may result in loss of room privileges.
- Cleaning:
- Cleaning spray and paper towels are supplied.
- Wipe down table, chairs, and kitchen counter after use.
- You may open the door for air circulation.
- Mandatory: Use the Molekule Air Purifier (kills 99.9% of Coronavirus).
- Office Supplies: Bring your own supplies (flip chart paper, markers, paper, pens). Some markers and pens will be available if needed.
- Copies/Printing: Please make all necessary copies beforehand. Printing is not available onsite.
- Food/Beverage: Bring your own. Remove all leftovers after the meeting. A small refrigerator is available for use.
- Dishes/Cups/Silverware: You may use Foundation items, but must clean and put them away afterward.
- Kitchen Appliances: Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and water dispenser are available. Please clean after use.
