Teton Regional Land Trust (TRLT) is looking for a leader that is passionate about land conservation with experience overseeing a team and building relationships with a broad spectrum of people. This individual should thrive in a dynamic environment while attending to a variety of responsibilities with strong attention to detail. The Stewardship Director is responsible for leading and overseeing the development, planning, coordination, and implementation of TRLT’s Stewardship Program whose primary responsibilities are to steward conservation easements and lands owned/managed by TRLT and to support new private land conservation projects through identification and documentation of conservation values. The Director supervises Stewardship Program staff, represents TRLT in relationships and negotiations with landowners and conservation partners, assists with developing and administering grants, and supports TRLT’s outreach and fundraising efforts. The Stewardship Director is a full-time, professional position with a competitive salary and benefits.
