Teton Regional Land Trust (TRLT) is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as our Development Director. This individual will lead and grow our outreach and fundraising efforts to support land acquisition, stewardship, community engagement, and TRLT’s annual operating budget of $1.25M. The successful candidate will be experienced with various aspects of fundraising, be dynamic, detail-oriented, self-directed, and dedicated to TRLT’s mission.

The Development Director is responsible for creating and executing a long-term fundraising and associated communications plans to advance the organization’s strategic goals, including annual giving, major gifts, foundation grants, corporate support, planned giving and special events. The Development Director supervises the Outreach and Events Coordinator and Engagement Coordinator. The Development Director is a full-time, professional position with a competitive salary and benefits.
