The Community Foundation of Teton Valley was founded in 2007 with a mission to improve lives through the power of generosity. At our core, we believe in the power of generosity to improve lives and we seek ways in which we can act as impartial leaders and professionals in our community while promoting a culture of inclusiveness and collaboration.
Every day we seek to serve our mission by empowering donors, championing the nonprofit community, promoting a culture of giving and serving as a catalyst on critical community needs. Our success is measured by the impact we have on our community, including the nonprofits that we serve. As Robert Ingersoll famously said, “We rise by lifting others.”
That’s the Community Foundation’s part of the story but it’s not the whole story. The whole story involves all of you, our fellow nonprofits, and the great work that you are doing in this community every day. Help us tell our community the whole story by sharing your part of that story. Tell us about the positive impact of your programs and services for Teton Valley and how the Community Foundation has been a part of it. We will feature selected submissions in our 2016 #WhyItMatters campaign.

Selected stories will be featured in the #WhyItMatters campaign on our website and social media platforms. Some stories may be considered for use in print publications.
