Community Resource Center of Teton Valley (CRCTV)
Driggs, Idaho | Full-Time, Exempt Salary Range: $60,000–$80,000

The Community Resource Center of Teton Valley is searching for its next Executive Director.

This is an opportunity for a collaborative and mission-driven leader to guide a respected nonprofit organization that helps individuals and families move from crisis to stability. CRCTV’s mission is to serve community members by providing immediate assistance, essential resources, and connections to achieve self-sufficiency. Through advocacy, case management, referrals, and community partnerships, CRCTV helps community members access the support they need to achieve greater stability and independence.

The Opportunity

As Executive Director, you will provide strategic leadership for the organization while working closely with staff, the Board of Directors, donors, volunteers, and community partners. You will oversee operations, fundraising, financial management, programs, and community outreach while helping shape the future of CRCTV.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide strategic leadership and organizational direction
  • Partner effectively with the Board of Directors to advance CRCTV’s mission and vision
  • Lead, support, and develop a dedicated staff team
  • Cultivate donor relationships and oversee fundraising efforts
  • Pursue and manage grants and other funding opportunities
  • Oversee programs and services that support community members
  • Manage organizational finances and operations responsibly
  • Build and strengthen relationships with community partners
  • Serve as a visible ambassador for CRCTV throughout Teton Valley
  • Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
Required

  • Passion for the CRCTV mission
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of two years of management experience
  • Experience working with, volunteering for, or studying nonprofits, boards of directors, and/or the health and human services field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with fundraising, grant writing, and budget management
  • Dedicated work ethic, strong organizational skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to prioritize effectively

Preferred

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar database systems
  • Established connections and networks throughout Teton Valley
