It is with heavy hearts that we share that Dawn Banks, Marketing and Programs Director, unexpectedly passed away on February 9, 2017. Dawn believed deeply in the Community Foundation of Teton Valley and was particularly passionate about the Tin Cup Challenge. She truly helped make the event the great success it has become.
Originally from Iowa, Dawn made her way west in 2004 after graduating from Northwest Missouri State University. She dove right in upon arriving in Teton Valley and was involved with the Teton Arts Council, Rotary Club of Teton Valley, and the Teton Valley Chamber of Commerce before joining the Foundation.
Dawn is survived by her husband, Jon, and daughters, Lily and Sophia. Her quiet strength and dry wit will be missed by all.
