Pocket Talk – Preventing Burnout: How to Best Support Frontline Workers

Sara McKeown White
Executive Director, Mental Health Coalition.

The Mental Health Coalition would like to begin a conversation between nonprofit staff and leaders about how to best support the mental health and wellness of frontline workers. The focus of this talk is to generate strategies organizations can use to support the mental wellness of their staff and the folks they serve. As well as, garnering feedback about future trainings, workshops, and/or ongoing support groups the Coalition could offer that would be beneficial in promoting mental health awareness, education, and support across organizations.

Join us in person at the Community Foundation office or via Zoom for this 1-hour hybrid meeting. RSVP below.
