Fundraising after a Crisis

Moving From Crisis Fundraising to Long-Term Strategic Fundraising.

We all know that the past 18 months have been truly unprecedented, not just around the globe, but in the nonprofit world. Early into the pandemic, we braced for our funds to dry up and nonprofits to close down. But that didn’t happen. What happened instead, and what we could not have predicted, is that in our very generous community, we all experienced an increase in funding and new donors.

We have an incredible opportunity right now, but how do we capitalize on it?  The way forward is to design and execute strategies that retain our new donors and dollars.

Join us for skill-building and discussion about how to change your efforts from frantic to measured, how to tell your story to new friends and neighbors, and how to develop the systems and processes that keep the funds flowing.

Specific topics we’ll cover include:

  • Fund Development Strategic Planning
  • Fundamentals of storytelling
  • Moves Management
  • Tips & tools you can start using tomorrow
  • Peer-to-peer learning
