Leading with Resilience: Integrating Self-Care and Growth Mindset for Nonprofit Directors

The Community Foundation of Teton Valley is thrilled to welcome Kami Archibald, an accomplished Recreation Therapy Consultant and Director of Engagement for Teton Regional Land Trust, as the facilitator of an upcoming workshop series for leaders on self-care and a growth mindset.

Kami brings two decades of experience, dedicating her career to empowering organizations and their leadership teams to enhance their capabilities and build essential skills. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she played a pivotal role in supporting healthcare professionals, utilizing her skills to promote self-care and resilience in the face of unprecedented challenges. This experience uniquely positioned her to share valuable insights with nonprofit leaders navigating their own challenges.

In this two-part workshop series, Kami will emphasize the importance of developing a growth mindset and how it can transform obstacles into opportunities for innovation and improvement. Participants can expect to explore evidence-based strategies that promote resilience and effective stress management while integrating key self-care practices.

By the end of the program, attendees will leave equipped with practical tools and a renewed sense of purpose, ready to inspire their teams and confidently navigate the complexities of nonprofit leadership.
