Tin Cup Captains are a select group of volunteers that take lead on many aspects of the Tin Cup Challenge and Event Day. Their sense of community, volunteerism, and generosity is strong. Responsible for procuring talent and managing stage activities during the Tin Cup Challenge event day.
Responsible for overseeing the procurement and preparation of event day food and beverage.
Responsible for all outreach and communication to the Hispanic population of Teton Valley in an effort to increase participation and engagement with the Tin Cup Challenge amongst this key Teton Valley demographic.
Responsible for recruiting and coordinating all kitchen volunteers for Event Day food preparation.
Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Tin Cup Challenge racecourse, timing, and race results.
Responsible for the oversight and management of Race Registration – including all in-person race registrations and race packet pick-ups by online registrants the week prior to the Tin Cup Challenge event and on Event Day.
Responsible for volunteer recruitment, overseeing the set-up, management, and teardown related to the Tin Cup Challenge Race Route and all affected roadways.
Responsible for overseeing and managing the set-up and teardown of the Tin Cup Challenge event venue.
Responsible for trash and recycling bin placement and volunteer staffing of these sites during the Tin Cup Challenge event day.
