Thad grew up and lived in the New York City area. He has been coming to the Teton Valley on ski vacations for more than 30 years. Four years ago, he and his partner Jeri bought a home here and fell in love with the scenic beauty, non-winter activities, and community the valley offers. You can often find them on the rail-to-trail, floating the river, at the community art studio, Music on Main, or at many community benefits and fundraisers.
Thad spent most of his career helping businesses identify, assess, and manage the risks of their operations to make their businesses safer and more profitable. He recently retired as the director of a risk management advisory service for a large public corporation.
Thad first became involved with CFTV by participating on the organization’s grants committee. It was an eye-opening experience for him, both in learning about the critical roles the individual non-profits play in the valley and the importance of having an entity like CFTV that can support them. He happily accepted the invitation to join the CFTV Board in 2025.
“I think that the next few years will be a time of excitement and change for CFTV, and I look forward to being able to help the organization continue to grow and succeed.”
