Pocket Talk – Preventing Burnout: How to Best Support Frontline Workers

The Mental Health Coalition would like to begin a conversation between nonproﬁt staﬀ and leaders about how to best support the mental health and wellness of frontline workers. The focus of this talk is to generate strategies organizations can use to support the mental wellness of their staﬀ and the folks they serve. As well as, garnering feedback about future trainings, workshops, and/or ongoing support groups the Coalition could oﬀer that would be beneﬁcial in promoting mental health awareness, education, and support across organizations.
